Meeting notes are nice. Done work is better.
Clark is the AI note taker for Mac that saves the to-dos and promises from your online and in-person meetings and calls, then hands each one to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Muse.
No audio kept. Never used to train AI. Never sold.
Clark saves it. Your AIs handle it.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Muse, and Clark sends each to-do to the one that fits. For example, reports to Claude and travel to ChatGPT. Clark tells your AIs to check with you before sending anything. When one says a to-do is done, it waits for your OK unless you told that AI it’s finished, and when one corrects a to-do, you can undo that.

Talk like you normally do.
A few minutes after a conversation ends, Clark saves the to-dos, promises and details.
Anything it isn’t sure about waits in Maybe for you.Your AIs pick up the work.
You choose which kinds of to-dos each AI gets.
Just say “Hey Clark.”
Ask what you promised, when something is due, or what someone said. Clark answers out loud. During a call, it answers in writing in the menu bar instead.
“Hey Clark” works while Clark is listening. Clark lives in your menu bar: click it to turn it on or off, see what’s due, or forget the last 5 minutes.
One call, start to finish
See Clark follow a call, then save what matters once it ends.

You’re in control
You decide when Clark listens, what it keeps and what your AIs see.
You choose when Clark listens.
A call starts it, with a banner so you can tell people. In person, you turn it on. All day, only if you choose. It pauses while your Mac is locked or asleep.
No audio is kept.
Clark turns your speech into text on your Mac and keeps no audio. Speech audio and your voice profile never leave your Mac.
Forget or delete any time.
Forget the last 5 minutes from the menu bar, or delete a whole conversation and what Clark saved only from it.
Claude picks what to save.
The text goes to your Clark account and to Anthropic’s Claude, which reads each conversation and saves what matters.
Your AIs see what you allow.
The AIs you connect see what Clark saved. They see your full conversations only if you allow it for each AI.
Never used to train AI. Never sold.
Clark never uses your conversations to train AI models. Clark never sells your data or uses what it hears for ads.

To check for updates, Clark asks the Clark website for its latest version. It sends only the version you have, never your account or conversations. The Privacy Policy lists every service Clark uses.
Questions, answered.
Does Clark do my tasks?
No. Clark finds them and hands them to the AIs you connect. They do the work, and Clark tells them to check with you before sending anything.
Does Clark work for in-person meetings?
Yes. Turn Clark on from the menu bar when the meeting starts, and it listens through your Mac’s microphone. It hears everyone in the room, so tell people Clark is on. A few minutes after the conversation ends, it saves the to-dos, promises and details.
Does Clark give Claude or ChatGPT memory of my conversations?
Yes, once connected (ChatGPT needs a Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan). Your AIs see what Clark saved, and your full conversations if you allow it, so they can look up what you discussed without you repeating it. Clark doesn’t change what Claude or ChatGPT remember on their own.
How is Clark different from Granola?
Granola is an AI notepad for meetings. Clark is built around to-dos: it saves what you agreed to do in conversations and hands each one to the AI that fits. Want your to-dos handled, not just written down? That’s Clark.
Does it record everything?
No. A call starts Clark, with a banner so you can tell people, and Clark stops when the call ends. In person, it listens only when you turn it on, and all day only if you choose. While it listens, it hears everyone in the conversation. It pauses while your Mac is locked or asleep. No audio is kept: Clark turns speech into text on your Mac, and speech audio never leaves it.
Does it hear my calls?
Yes. When a call starts in Zoom, Teams, Slack, FaceTime or Webex, or in your browser, Clark starts too and shows you a banner, and it stops when the call ends. You can turn that off in Settings. If you allow call audio, in setup or later in Settings, Clark hears the call app’s sound, so it hears the other people too. Only that app’s sound, never music or videos in other apps. But in a browser call, it hears every tab of that browser. It understands English and Spanish, even in the same conversation. During a call, “Hey Clark” answers in writing in the menu bar instead of out loud, unless you turn on speaking during calls in Settings.
Do people know Clark is listening?
Only if you tell them. When a call starts Clark, it shows you a banner with a notice to copy into the call’s chat, and in person it can nudge you when someone new talks. One line works: “Heads up, I use Clark to keep track of what we agree on. Okay with you?” In some places everyone has to agree before you record.
Can my AIs see my conversations?
The AIs you connect see what Clark saved, with the context Claude wrote for each item and each conversation’s title and date. They see your full conversations and your Maybe items only if you allow it for each AI. They can add a to-do when you ask (or suggest one under Maybe on their own), delete a to-do when you ask (you can restore it), and say a task is done, which waits for your OK unless you told them it’s finished. Nothing they do erases what Clark saved.
Does Clark train AI on my conversations?
No. Clark never uses your conversations to train AI models. The AIs you connect follow their own settings, so check their training options too.
Does Clark sell my data or show ads?
No. Clark never sells your data or uses what it hears for ads.
Will it work on my Mac?
If your Mac has Apple silicon (M1 or later) and runs macOS 26 or later, yes. To check, choose Apple menu > About This Mac. Intel Macs aren’t supported.
How much does Clark cost?
Clark is free during the preview. Each new account has a daily limit on how many conversations Claude reads and how many questions Clark answers. Past it, Claude reads the rest of your conversations the next day, and Clark answers questions again then. Whether you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok depends on your plan with them.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Clark’s setup on your Mac asks you to sign in. No account yet? Make one right there with your email and a password, then type the code from the confirmation email. Every account can use Clark.
